Our staff sign in to a private office area of this site to manage customer credit applications. Sign-in is provided by WorkOS and is available by invitation only; visitors cannot create an account. When a staff member signs in, an encrypted session cookie is set on this site. It is essential to the sign-in, is only ever read by the office area, and is not used for tracking.

The office area and the private application pages it sends out are not part of the public website, are not linked from it, and are excluded from search engines.

If our staff send you a link to apply for credit terms, the application asks for your company's legal name, tax identification number, addresses, officers, contacts, your requested credit limit and terms, and trade and bank references, together with your acceptance of our credit terms. We contact the references you name and obtain a business credit report on your company. Your references answer a short form about your trading history with them; their answers are seen only by our credit approver.

This information is used solely to decide on, extend, and manage credit terms, is stored in our secure database and sent by email only to the applicant, the references, and our staff, and is kept for as long as equal-credit record-keeping rules require. Links to these pages are personal, expire, and are never made public.

If credit is approved on condition of a personal guaranty, the guarantor is emailed a private link to read and sign it online. We ask the guarantor for their full legal name, home address, and relationship to the company, and we record their signature, the date and time, and the network address and browser used to sign. We do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, or identification documents. A signed guaranty is kept in our secure database while the guaranty or the account it supports remains in effect; how long it is kept after that is being set with our legal counsel and will be stated here. It can be opened only by our credit approvers, is never attached to an email, and is not shared with our dispatch or billing systems. The guarantor can download their own copy through the same private link for 30 days.
